Alpha H Balancing Cleanser

I cannot say enough good things about this cleanser. It is brilliant. If you have never tried any Alpha H products before or are used to cleansers leaving your skin dry and tight, do it now.

Before I saw the lovely A Model Recommends talking about this cleanser, I had been using several cleansers with large rough exfoliating beads and drying formulas that left my skin flaky and unhappy. I had also dabbled in a 3-Step Skincare Regime by a beauty company that shall not be named that stripped my skin of any kind of oil or moisture. My skin is already dry on it's own and although these products promised to rid me of my pimple-prone skin and leave me feeling nourished, neither occurred.

But the world of online beauty and skincare beckoned and I purchased the Alpha H Balancing Cleanser in the simple hope that it would cleanse without ridding me of the little moisture I had. It has done exactly that and more.

For those with dry skin, this creamy cleanser will hydrate, cool and leave a comfortable nourished feeling to the skin, no tightness or flakiness whatsoever. For those with oilier skin, this cleanser may be a touch too heavy and the lighter Triple Action Cleanser may instead do the trick for you.

It is also wonderful at taking off makeup. Bare in mind that I am rarely seen with waterproof mascara, caked on eye liner and layers of foundation but for the makeup I do wear, this cleanser and a flannel are perfect.

The 200ml size it comes in lasts for a long time. I began using it every morning and night but I required something extra to treat my pimples and began using the REN ClearCalm Cleanser in the morning and this at night. My skin is happy for the first time in a long time. So thank you, A Model Recommends!
