How I'm fighting my acne: Current skincare routine

As I've gotten older, the pimples on my face seem to have progressively multiplied and have now developed into something I'd definitely call acne. Acne isn't a word to throw around; a lot of people deal with this condition everyday. It is disheartening to wake up every morning and see that your skin is getting worse. I don't have it that bad but there is definitely room for improvement. I hope this post helps some of you out there. I'd definitely recommend seeing a dermatologist at any stage if you have access to a good one but especially if after 6 weeks, this process makes it worse or doesn't make a difference.

I should say that I was inspired to start this routine following a video on Caroline Hirons' Youtube channel with Dr Sam Bunting on Female Hormonal Acne. Definitely take a look!

Antipodes Aura Manuka Honey Mask

Exam week usually goes one of two ways for me; either I stress out and cope by spending too much time getting one part of my life together OR I stress out, don't do any exercise and eat too much crappy food. This time was definitely the latter. Either way, my skin completely freaks out and this combined with a certain time of the month means I'm frantically raiding my bathroom cabinet for a solution.
